Sylranjelvic C. Villaflor is a young artist (recently graduated from High School at the Naga College Foundation) who has been earning awards for his talent. Winner in various competitions, he was also handed a Special Mayoral Award. He is the son of a simple government employee and lives with his parents in Magarao, Camarines Sur. Winners in the Peñafrancia Festival 2005 Photo Contest sponsored by Ely's Studio/Konica Express and OragonRepublic.com. Also featured here are selected entries.
Judges included Naga City Visitors head Joe Perez (Bicol Mail Editor in Chief), Bikol Reporter columnist, poet and visual artist Frank Peñones Jr. and Professor Adonis Regueria of Ateneo de Naga University.
